I have a CS1000M MG on S_5.50J. The ISM says:

ADCDN 24000 LEFT 23972 USED 28

I know we only have 240 available, but we are no where close to that number. We were at 29 used, but I outed one
with no agents while testing, hoping I could then add one. Nope, and I could not put back the one I outed, so I made it a phantom TN. I checked the Nortel Knowledge and Solutions Engine, and the Known Issues Tool with no mention
of my particular problem. I also searched these forums to see if anyone else has had this problem, again negative.
Early this morning, I split the cores, reloaded the off-line core, and tried to add an ACDQ with the same results.

I am unable to reach my first level support guy, so before I put in a Service Request, I throw it out to this group. Thanks in advance.

You are trying to add an entirely new ACD Dn and it won't allow you?

Post the error messages you received.

Maybe also post your entire SLT so we can see.

what's your whole SLT look like in 22? post that. You using Sym as well, or just raw acd??

Only error message is the SCH0710 at the last ACD prompt in LD 23. I only posted he ISM's for ACDN by hand, I don't
have a .txt copy of the whole SLT to add right now. For ACD
Queue, no other ISM limits will affect ACDN.

A couple of years ago we had something similar happen. some time after an upgrade to the PBX/Symposium we tried to add another agent (300 licenses/60 agents programmed) and could not. We found that the Nortel configurator had spit out the key codes for the upgrade incorrectly putting in a limit of 50 agents instead of 300. In this set up, it never stopped any of the additional agents working, but we could not add, even after deleting known good agents, until we got below the 50 threshold. Nortel had to reissue the keys to us.
Not sure if this is what you have, but it sounds similar so I hope this will help.

Issue might be in one of these, but yours sounds a little different

New Post:
I just double checked the Nortel KRS, and it does show ACDN's at 24000. I went to another customer switch, also a CS1000M MG on RLS 5.50J That switch SLT showed available ACDN's of 24000, is using 187 available ACDN's, and I was able to add & delete another. You may be onto something though, my keycode file could be corrupted.
