SCH0099 when creating a a 3904 set

I'm trying to create a 3904 set on a PBX (not sure what release or version) but when I do, NEW, 3904, I get SCH0099

Lets me create other types though.

Any ideas?

Are you sure you are in LD 11 and you type
REQ: new
TYPE: 3904

You get this error if you input wrong mmenonic.

which release are you running? LD 22 iss because 39xx are supported since Rel 24

I guess it's one release too old is it?

On Rel. 23 the 3904 phones are not supported, you must upgrade your system first to connect 39xx phones :-(
