SCCS Web Client - Scheduled Historical Reports 1

When I try to Activate a scheduled report while in the report, Symposium gives me an error saying it is already scheduled. If I go to "Scheduled Events" I see my report listed,but it's status is Inactive. If I try to Activate it from there, I get a "Could Not Activate report....." error at the bottom. Anybody have any ideas?

I've checked the IUSR_SWC account and it is setup for annonymous logins.

bryanata: Thanks for the reply but I got it working. I changed the password for the IUSR_SWC account, re-linked it in IIS and rebooted the machine. Its all good now!

Bryanata, is there a link to the nortel site about this design patch or a patch number you could indicate here? General practice here isn't to post personal information.

Sir,
Even though you got it working there is a patch out there. We could not schedule reports at all until it was installed about a month ago. All I can say is that it was included in SU 05 or soon to be released SU06. Nortel assisting our vendor's tech support installed it.
