SCCS/SWC historical reports issue

Hello,

I have a SCCS 5.0 server patched to SU07 and a SWC 4.5 server also patched to the latest PEPs. I have some users that are loosing there ability to pull reports. If the SCCS server gets rebooted they can pull reports for awhile, but it keeps going away.

There also seems to be an issue with the database. I logged in as the webadmin and tried running reports. I could pull up any report, but the data from the previous days activity was not showing up. 2 days before and beyond was fine.

Not sure if this is a SWC or SCCS server issue.

Sounds like the problem is with the symposium, make sure HDC, and HDM are started with both the System Monitor Window (smonw), and windows services

I finally got verification that the services are stopping when the problem occurs. They restart them and reports start working. Since the server is patched up, any ideas on how to stop the services from doing this?
