Trying to change the default Interval time period in SCCS reports from 15 minutes to 1 hour. Any thoughts? I may just be looking too close/too hard so apologies if this is a 'duh' question but I can't find an answer so far.

If there is no way, anyone have a Crystal formula to crunch the intervals into hours?

TIA,

I thought during the server installation process there used to be a palce to choose between 15 and 30 minute intervals but its been a while so I'm not sure if that capability has expanded.

Not sure I would suggest messing with the Server as such though. Mainly because the moment you make a change like that there is always someone you never heard of that will call and ask why they can't get 15 minute intervals. Or a month after you make the change they will change their minds.

Its better to be more granular and work with Crystal. I don't know if Crystal is like Microsoft Access Reports but with those you can make certain fields invisible even if you are using data from them in other formulas. That way you could keep the 15 minute data on the page and just make the subtotals for each hour visible.

Hi,

Simply select the timestamp-field and group it "hourly" in the group properties. Then builds summaries in this group and the formulas you need. You have to refer, for sure, now to the sums you build in the group by timestamp. It is a little work for the first report.

here is a link for grouping to different intervals:

you can not change the quarter hour interval in the i...Stats directly.
