SCCS collecting digits 1

Can I have SCCS collect digits from callers and then run a report on the numbers that were entered

The scenario is that this location will be sending out a mass mailing with a new tel# that will prompt the caller to enter their fax number to receive updates to order forms as they become available. They anticipate too many calls to efficiently handle manually by checking a mailbox so they want the symposium to collect the digits and allow them to run a report with all of the fax numbers that get collected.

Do you think there is a way to do this? I do have Callpilot at this site with integrated access ports.

No, you'd need to use either HDX or an IVR to capture the info.

You can make the scripting below then you can get the collected digits from historical reports, call-by-call report.
it is not much useful but this way easy setup. HDX or IVR is professional solution.

OPEN VOICE SESSION PLAY PROMPT pls_dial_fax_nmbr_vs
COLLECT <max_num_of_digits> DIGITS INTO <call_digit_var>
