I have an octel aria 250 interfacing with M81c
caller dials into (x4030) Type 32 mailbox, via phantom. Pushes number 2 which is xferred to ext 5111 (active CDN forwarding to "Service Skillset"
. When in the skillset, the caller passes find until at end of skillset and it calls :
Route call 2900 (pilot number for voicemail)
The call just goes to operator. Aparently the original number dialed CLID (546-4030) is carried all the way down the script and the 5111 is not picked up so the octel only sees 4030 and the call never gets routed correctly to 5111. I have tried replacing the script with the trunk access code and number but same effect.
