Hi- I know this has been discussed on the forum before but I cannot find a real answer. I know when we run SCCS call by call reports, the same call ID can be used in the same day...recycled I guess you could say. We have 8 different SCCSs that are networked and each one seems to use a different range. One might have all call IDs begin with 86 and one might have all call IDs begin with 71, etc. Anyway- 2 questions. 1- does anyone know of a parameter (I'm guessing PBX) that would specify possibly call ID range and 2- anyone know how to re-define so that call IDs are not recycled so often? Thanks.
