Hi

Work for a shipping company and we receive all kinds of scanned docs (i.e. JPGs multipage TIFF, BMP, GIF) via outlook email.

I looking for a scanned document image viewer that has the ability to handle most image formats, has some kind to auto correct function as document are sometimes unreadable, handle multi-page tiff files, light/fast, and prints documents so they fit to page by default (instead of outputing 10 pages)

I have tried software like Kodak image viewer, MS Office Picture manager, Poly Viewer...But these applications are really driven for Images not scanned documents.

Thanks

Hi

I use Irfanview for this. Works great with fax files and also enables you to readily convert to other formats, change color depth & resolution etc.

Find it at

Thanks for your help. That software is perfect!!

Just in case this doesn't do the job for people (it is very good), another one I recently discovered is Faststone Image viewer.

Only the truly stupid believe they know everything.
