I have Norton AV 2004 installed and up to date pn a systemb running XP. All updates and patches are installed. The issue is when i run a full system scan the AV seems to work fine but the scan summary does not show the current file being scanned only the number of files that have been scanned. When it is finished the scan: summary page shows no files scanned, detected, repaired, quarantined etc. and clicking on the finished or more details button does nothing. I cannot find anything on the symantec website. Is there a fix for this? or has anyone got something similar happening?
