scan files accessed by special process

Is there a possibility to prevent mcshield from scanning files accessed (read-access) by a special process.

The process is part of Legato Networker Backup Solution (save.exe)

Mcshild uses a lot of CPU during daily backup and slows down the backup transfer rate!

You may want to try to add the process(s) to low risk process settings within the VS8.0i policies. If you do, please post if it works (or how well) as I will be testing this within the next couple months as my environment has many groups with custom exception directory/file lists that I would love to remove.
