Hello,

I use Maximo to load Actuate Reports. Initially a Request Page is displayed for the user to make some selections and then load the actual report.

Everything works great, but when the actual reprot is displayed the user can change the zoom level. Then, if they close the report without setting the zoom level back to 100%, the next time a Request Page is loaded the controls are in the wrong places. This is mostly to do with Browser Scripting controls. I am aware that I could override the BrowserCode function to change the Height and With of the control, but this does not work for all of the controls.

Is there a way to reset the zoom level to 100% before anything is displayed on the Request Page? This is what is ideally needed as the Request Page should not get scaled.

Thanks,

Pete

Did you try using SetScaleFactor to set the factor at 100% at the beginning of the report all the time. Actuate uses the last factor as the default for the next time you open a report.

Yes, and when I use SetScaleFactor I receive the message:

Invalid procedure reference. - (SetScaleFactor)

I guess that I can't use the function in the Start()Sub, so is there somewhere specific that I should use it. The function seems to be exactly what I need.

Pete

I've never used it either did you try it in the start of the root in the report? And it gave you an error?

I tried it in the Start Sub of the Root of the report and also in the next level down. It gave errors in both places, and the documentation doesn't mention where it can be used (implying it can be used anywhere).
