SC 5 Problem Process continues to end.

Hello there. I'm new to this board and and in need of some assistance. I am using Peregrine SC 5 and the problem process continues to end. It has ended 70 times in the last week. I will go to command and enter the schedule file, find the bad record, print it, delete it and then fire up the problem process again. It hangs in there for a little while, but just dies again. I've worked with Peregrine support for 3 weeks now to no avail. So, thought I would see if anyone here has had any similar issues and what the problem was for you. Thanks.

You will need to find out where this 'duff' record is coming from as just deleting the record does not solve the root cause (Pardon the pun).

PS. Ask the support desk about the SC process that will restart the problem process, and all the others for that matter, automatically.
