SBT Pro Series 5.0 1

When we enter purchase orders, the "confirm to" field as well as others are already populated with user information. I need to change the name in that field and cannot find where to edit that field. HELP!!

I am not sure for 5.O , but try from the FILE menu:
-Change Set up Information
-Defaults

Let us know if you have the defaults button in SBT 5.0.

That option is grayed out even though I am the administrator of this system. Do you know why?
