Hi,

Did you re-index sbt datafile? I assume that you did, because this is the basic troubleshooting of any system.

Is there anyone of you doing editing in the databases? Can you please verify the compatibility of your records? Is this intact?

Example in particular purno..., poymstxx.vendno, it this the same in poytrn01.vendno? OR perhaps a double series(purno) issued in your pomast/poymst...

Hi Mandaragit
I will check all of that, thanks i will let you know, so you want me to look for that specific purno to match if they exist in the tables you mentioned correct ?
Thanks

Hi Titoneon,
This looks like a customised printing option, it's not standard Pro Series 5.0.
You can print the Error Log to get an idea of what's causing the error. In System Manager --> Print --> System Logs --> Error Log

But, since it's a customisation the problem will probably be within the customised code and will require someone to re-code it to fix it.

Thanks guys, i will look into it, it was nice to know about the error log.
