We had an issue with an exchange defrag and have had to reimport emails from PST. In OWA, a user can log in and see the left column fine, but gets an error 500 in the main window. This only happens for mail folders and calendar, you can click options, public folders etc and see the main windows just fine. This is consistent for most, but not all, users.
A newly created user works absolutely fine, so it looks like either a corrupt mailbox issue or maybe permissions?
