SBS 2003 OWA not working fully after mailbox restore

We had an issue with an exchange defrag and have had to reimport emails from PST. In OWA, a user can log in and see the left column fine, but gets an error 500 in the main window. This only happens for mail folders and calendar, you can click options, public folders etc and see the main windows just fine. This is consistent for most, but not all, users.
A newly created user works absolutely fine, so it looks like either a corrupt mailbox issue or maybe permissions?

Does anyone have any pointers please?

Did you run isinteg on the database? Normally it would need to be run multiple times after a repair, until it returns no errors.

Sorry for not replying before. We had run isinteg several times and it was clean every time. In the end we created a new mail store and imported PSTs.
