SBG-1000 SIP PROXY outbound failing 1

Hello

Wondering if I could have a little help?

I've inherited a SBG-1000 and we've recently migrated from PSTN to SIP.

We can receive calls but not make them. when working with my upstream provider we found that the SBG-1000 was not passing teh SIP proxy correctly. (refer attachment)

I am unfamiliar with this device but can see that my lines are registered but when dialing out we get a dial-tone then the call drops about 10-20 seconds later.

any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Try adding the proxy address to the end of the registration number in the sip programming so it has xxxxxxxx@mothership.....

Yea that was part of the issue, the rest was getting the SIP ID 100% correct, refer atttached)
