SBCE Restore

I have programmed SBCE for Ip Office and want to restore to a new box using the same M1 IP Address, Version.
But it fails when restoring the snapshot.
Help file says A snapshot can only be restored to the same Avaya SBCE product version on the same EMS box that the snapshot was created on. When restoring the snapshot, the EMS box must be configured with the same original management IP used when the snapshot was created. If the EMS box serial number, Avaya SBCE product version, or management IP does not match, the restore operation will fail and the system settings will revert to the prior state.
Any ideas?

I already did. Then I installed the latest patch. Same file that I installed on the original box. The first box is still accessible.
I am installing a bunch of these on Ip Office and using the same Provider. There has to be a way to reuse the snapshot, then just tweak the ip address and other info.
Any ideas??
