SBCCResetServicePassword, service Avaya IPOCCR Printer Discovery not work.

The service Avaya IPOCCR Printer Discovery Service is not Working.

It is not possible to perform the configuration of a schedule, it is possible to check the error in windows event viewer and also in the CCR.

The User used is local administrator of the machine.

When we try to make the reset through the SBCCResetServicePassword the following error appears (image attachment):


Has anyone managed to solve this problem ??

Which version of CCR are you running?

A Maintenance contract is essential, not a Luxury.
