Hi guys
I can't make entity link between Session Manager and SBC to be UP. Everything is configured as it should as far as I know.
What I can see is SM sends OPTIONS message, SBC receives it and re-sends it to the other end which is a firewall. I don't get why SBC is not answering to the OPTIONS msg itself.

We are implementing this to have remote users and the call flow would be like this
RU ---> FIREWALL ---> SBC ---> SM ---> CM

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Session Mgr Firewall
SBC
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
13:54:32.264 |--OPTIONS->| | SIP: (0) sip:10.100.90.203
13:54:32.264 | |--OPTIONS->| SIP: (1) sip:sip.aca.org.ar
13:55:04.284 |<-Service--| | SIP: (0) 503 Service Unavailable

I've already followed a few guides I found out there with no luck.
What are we missing?

Thanks Kyle! That document really helped.
Now I'm trying to get a One-X Comm on my cell phone reach SM trhough the PSTN

you mean as a remote worker thru the SBC? There'll be some certificates you've probably got to import to do TLS from the client to the SBC and unless you're TCP from the SBC to SM, you might need to check into that too.

I don't know if this is the most up to date document, but it should be a good starting point:
