SBC - remote J100 phone getting SIP 481 Call/ Transaction Does Not Exist 1

The NUSNs mentioned in the original solution case (https://support.avaya.com/ext/index?page=content&id=SOLN329273) dated in 2021, are not supported in r12 anymore.
In IPO r12, I need to configure the SBC parameters as explained in https://documentation.avaya.com/bundle/IPOfficeASBCE/page/Remote_Extension_Settings.html
However, the remote J100 device (using a Public IP Address behind the SBC) never receives the SBC parameters as shows in the above IPO config example (Public IP Address = 200.0.113.30, etc, etc),
so the CCMS polling from IPO keeps in 180 secs and the SBC cleans the CCMS-J100 dialog before that timer as explained in the original thread (Mar 2023).

Please, could you give a guide what to do or an example what else I need to configure for remote devices to change that CCMS polling?
 
Can you give some more details what issue you have? What exactly do you mean the phone current get parameters?
 
Hi Derfloh, the issue was that the CCMS polling was coming every 180 seconds to the remote phone (behind the SBC), which was very high and caused the SBC to erase that connection in its memory (this is what Avaya support explained in the case I mentioned) sending a 481 error as a response when the phone was picked up to try to call. After some hours checking, I detected a typo in the LAN1-NwTopology-SBC configuration, I corrected it and the CCMS polling went down to 60 seconds, problem solved. Thanks for answering anyway!
