sbc/communicator failover

R11 server edition select/ASBCE 7.2.2/Communicator 2.1.4

when testing on prem communicator, the 200 OK message from the primary IPO includes the backup_ipoffice_server="failover.domain.com"
when testing through the sbc, the 200 ok message from the primary IPO says backup_ipoffice_server="0.0.0.0"

any thoughts?

Go Device Manage > Devices > Edit
Set your DNS to be an internal DNS IP
Change DNS client to A1 Address
