SB Audigy disabling mobo gameport

Hi all, i recently installed an oem version of the sb audigy and the gameport on my mother board no longer works, it did work before this, the gameport extension on the sb works but i dont reallly have a slot for this so i dont want to use it, i have all the updated drivers for the card and mobo, in control panel/game devices i tried to switch gameports but to no avail,

any ideas or a know solution, your help is greatly appreciated.

Your onboard audio adapter may have disabled when you installed the sb sound card, and thus disabling the onboard gameport.
What is the exact problem with using the sb's gameport?

dang im retard, i think your right, thats bull though, its not really a problem unless im switching things out, like my gamepad, and my nephew uses a joystick and i wanted both to be installed, well, not have to change them out, you know?

You can buy a gameport hub, but they can be expensive, especially if you need one that's compatible with all designs of game controllers(force-feedback, etc.).
Or use a gameport-USB adapter for one of the controllers(assuming your system has at least one unused USB port).

type in usb gameport adapter, and browse the sites.
But beware that the adapter may be compatible only with analog, and not digital, game controllers(You may have to check with the supplier on that if both of your controllers are digital).
And if your joystick and gamepad are both digital and will not work with an adapter, then you will probably have to buy a gameport hub. If so, then check the prices for USB joysticks and gamepads. They may cost less than the hub.
There are also gameport splitters, but I've heard that they do not work that well.
