Saving window size in Enterprise Mgr on Windows 20000

Windows in Enterprise Manager (SQL 7 and SQL 2000) forget their size on Windows 2000. This is especially irritating when editing stored procedures because the Ok button is off the screen and I have to resize and move the window to save. This is not a problem with Windows NT. Is there some setting that will help Enterprise Manager to remember the window sizes?
