Just noticed after installing XP SP2, when saving a downloaded file and I try to create a new folder pc just hangs. I can save the file as along as I don try to create the new folder. The work around has been to create the folder prior to saving. I have XP SP2 on multiple PC's and only one is doing this I have check and changed folder options with no change any ideas.

bcastner you got me looking into a bad DIVX handler, which it wasn't, but it help me find the problem it was a bad Nvidia handler for a Asus video card it was the right driver, but handler must have had a problem with XP Service pack 2, unistalled and loaded generic Nvidia driver. My problem seems to be fixed.
