Saving old e-mails

I have a few hundred e-mails in my in, archive, sent, and various file boxes that I want to be able to retrieve at some point. We are about to transition from Lotus notes to another vendors e-mail product. How can I save all of these e-mails so that I can view/find them at a later date if necessary after we are no longer using Lotus Notes. It does not appear that we can easily just save them all to a separate file/disc.

Hello,

You can always change the ACL on the DB, burn to CD, and then use a local Notes install on a machine to retrieve email.
