Do you mean a way to avoid having to type it into each row?
I think you mean you have a similar spreadsheet every day and you want to be able to populate the same column with the same formula every day. If that's the case, you'll want to use a macro. You could have the macro assigned to a button on a custom toolbar.

I really don't see the point in saving such a short formula but if you want to make it shorter, this will provide the same logical answer
=A1=A2

We could learn a lot from crayons. Some are sharp, some are pretty and some are dull. Some have weird names and all are different colours but they all live in the same box.
The problem with saving and copying the formula, your cell references will probably be changing anyway and you will have to edit it each time. If that doesn't bother you, then save it to note pad and ctrl-c/v it as needed.
