Saving a Database to a CD for Presentation

I have a database that I worked on for presentation in a class that I am attending.
When I got to the class and attempted to show my work I got an error message, something about file missing. By-the-way I got the same error when I attempted to
do a similar presentation on powerPoint.

Is there something else that I must copy to my CD? or is there some sought of player
that is necessary and must be on the CD?

Are you sure you copied the FILE across and not just a link to the file. If you did the latter it wouldnt find the file becausew that would still be on your office machine!I,ve done this regularly without any problems, using Easy CD Creator.
