SaveAs Space Delimited Text In Excel

I need the FileFormat:= part for Space Delimited Text Files supported by excel. The file extension is .prn for this type. Can someone direct me to where i can find a list that will show all of the FileFormats and the xl representatives. (i.e xlText, xlNormal).

While in the Visual Basic Editor, navigate to the Object Browser, by either
choosing View-->Object Browser from the menu or pressing F2.

In the search box, type either XlFileFormat or xlTextPrinter, and click on the binoculars icon.
You should see something like this:
