Hi

We have IPO 500V2 R 11.1 when modifying or adding using manager, the system does not save the modified or added data.

Did you hit the save button? Did you send the config back to the system after it was saved? Have you done anything to attempt to resolve the problem?
You really didn't give much information to go on.

What is the error message?

When I do for example short code or change parameters or anything and I want to save to the system nothing saves. No error message whereas before everything worked.

Are you actually pulling a fresh config from the system..
You could just be pulling a config from Manager and NOT the from the IPO.
