How do I make a Microsoft Word document save as a PDF?
 
You would need a full copy of Adobe to create PDF's and that costs £'s but you could download a free PDF file creator from or 995pdf.com can't remember which, It does a reasonbable job but it's full of adverts.
Fine unless you want to do really clever stuff but for basic PDF cretion I've had no problems with it.
 
Some of the free programs will also put their name and other information at the bottom of your pdf. You may not get all the features that Adobe also gives you. Depends on what you want!

I believe OPenOffice will also allow you to save as pdf..and it's a free suite. I have heard great reports about it.
