sorry for the delay in responding. If you are using 7.5.x and saving the file across the network, make sure you do the following:
1)Make sure the Narrowcast service account has permission to write to the directory.
2)Map a drive from the NC server to the file location. Do not use terminal services to map this location. Either do it locally on the server or use PC ANywhere or some other remote tool that does not use virtual session.
3)Set up the device with the correct path to the file location.
