Save Results Component Message

With Front Page 98 I keep getting the "Front Page Save Results Component Message" on my form. I keep taking this line out of the code but it always comes back and it's displayed on my form when I view it in the browser.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

I found that if the fields you are requesting the user to fill out are not selected as save. or if you use the same field names (duplicating), this message will display.. It seems it is advising you that something is wrong in the form parameters. Hope this helps

I remember one other thing, check your _private folder and the make sure the results file whatever.txt is a valid file in the folder and your frontpage form properties links to that file.

You will get frontpage save results component if you are not on a server with FP extensions.
