Save Mail As New?

Is there a way in Meridian Mail to save the message as NEW? The reason being is, we have people that work on 2 different shifts. One woman will check the messages on the phone and if they are not for her, she'd like to be able to have the red light on the 3903 light back up after she's listened to the messages. That way the 2nd shift person knows that there are messages for her.

no not by default, i have set up dual mb on a single phone for that reason, short menu service that just say for bill press 1 for jim press 2, those two choices just go to express mail, mwk can be a problem, i have resorted to using a neon lamp on a ana port for certain shifts. my problem was people calling in before shift with a msg for supv b. it worked out a one 2008 one analog tn/dn a menu service and two happy users..

You can forward the message to your self - and then just not open it.
