save formatted greyed out

Hi,
Im trying to save an entry in my database as a word document or something simular.I have tryed to save as html but the save formatted option is greyed out.
Can anyone advise why this is or how I can save the information in my access form as a word or html document?

Have you tried copying and pasting into Word and then save it?

yep tried copy paste but just end up getting the table not the form layout.I basically want to convert the form into a simular editable word or html document.

Have you an export facility on your database? Have a look at the different formats that it is able to generate. Choose one that matches a program that you can edit it and try that.
