save copy of report

When I create and print a report, is it possible to save a copy of the report saved as a separate field in a table? For instance, have a table with fields: [reportdate] and [reportcontent], where [reportcontent] is essentially a large memo field (or .pdf or .doc file or whatever). Then when a new report is generated on a particular date, have it stored as a snapshot within the database itself. Hope this makes sense. Any ideas? Thanks.

You can save a SNP file (the exact image of your Raport (snapshot))... if u want u can put this SNP file in a OLE field in a table ... but it's easier to save it to a "image" folder, and put in a table only the path to it.

Sounds like just what I need. By an image folder, I guess you just mean a directory designated for SNP files.
