Save Calls

Using the BCM Call Pilot, is there any way to record incoming calls at any point during the call and save the recording to a personal mailbox and/or forward it to other users?

Enable the record call in the class of service and use Feature 989 - this will record the call in the mailbox that is attached to the telephone the person is talking on. You will hear an audible "this call is being recorded".

The maximum length that can be recorded would = the maximum message length associated with the class of service of the mailbox
