SAV CE Packager and DHCP problems

Quick question,

I installed SAV CE 8.1 packager on a Windows 2000 pro station just to test out some of the packager features. I rebooted the machine after installation, and pretty much in this time span, we started to receive unauthorized IP addresses from a rogue DHCP server. Does anyone know if this software has any affect on network DHCP services.

I have been using the packager to deploy fixes for awhile and have not experienced this. Could someone have set some zones incorrectly on the DHCP servers during maintance or an upgrade.
