We have an SAV 10.1 problem with newer Lenovo computers. Upon login the user get no icons on the screen until they open task manager and start Explorer.exe. I have contacted Symantec with no answers and IBM/Lenovo and recieved no answers either. We have done extensive testing/upgrading of Symantec as well as updating BIOS/Chipset on the Lenovo computers with same problem returning intermittently. When we go back to SAV version 9 the problem goes away. Does anyone have a solution to this problem with SAV 10.1?
