Satellite office to Satellite office calls no sound 1

Hello, newbie here and end user.

I am running IP Office version: 9

I have two VPN tunnels back to the main office, each VPN can intercom the office but when VPN1 intercoms VPN2, it rings but there is no voice. Is there a setting I need to setup in IP Office?

that is a network issue. The network connection from satellite office 1 cannot reach satellite 2
You could try turning off Direct Media Path (DMP) on the trunks or fix the network routing.
