Hi everybody,

Being new in SAS, I would like to know what textbook is the best for me?

Could you please recommend me good resources for this purpose?

Any idea would be greatly appreciated

Thank You !

Liliya

There's one called "The Little SAS Book: A Primer " , everyone I know who has used it reckons it's great for beginners.
ISBN: 1590473337

You may also be lucky enough to have the tutorials installed with your SAS application (Under Help) that was how I originally learned, by working my way through the tutorials.

Enjoy.

I actually got my copy of the "The Little SAS Book" at the SAS Programming I course.

I'll concur, it's been a great reference.

HI,

I would say try SAS Programming by Example by Cody and Pass. It is quite good as well.

Hi,

A book called 'Applied Statistics and the SAS Programing Language' by Ronald Cody and Jeffery K. Smith is a fabulous begining book. It gives you the sas code, when to use it and what it means.
