Is this feature used for incoming or outgoing calls? I have a hospital wanting to stop incoming calls to patients between certain hours.

Well I read the software feature guide since I have never user scheduled access restrictions before. I saw that there is an icr prompt which is for incoming calls. It defaults to no but can be set to yes. It is my understanding that sar locks a phone down so I would think that if you set icr to yes that it would block the incoming calls. I would test with a phone in the equipment room.

I have used this in a school to block incoming calls to the class rooms during class hours. It works great. The ICR is what you want.
