We have a new operator that has just started, and we are going to use a couple of KLMs to give her line appearances.

The question I have is this: the wiring for the other swithboard operators are a rat's nest. I see the SAPS are connected, and that there appear to be 4 wires (2 pair) coming from each. Also, there appears to be 1 SAPS per console (2KLMs and a 7324).

As I rewire, is there anything I need to know? Mainly, is the power in-line, or do I need to run 3 pair to each jack? Don't really want to fry anything this week
