SAPS installation card

Does anyone have a SAPS installation card. I know how to tell my client to wire it up for digital phone boosting but he is needing a picture along with the instructions.

I can't seem to fine an installers guide on it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Honestly I've never even seen a installers guide/card for a saps before. If the guy needs a picture of some sort then just draw one...
