Hi everyone,

I am trying to link SAP BCM or IVR with an IPECS UCP 2400, the challenge is on the SAP they just accepts calls being forwarded to their IVR via SIP but they don't register device or trunk. I have tried to create a network group for the SAP but still call are not going to their IVR,

I need some help on this.

I have this programmed several times with a LIK and an external IVR system that was connected via sip
without registration.
-put some ip trunks in an own co group
-in 133 use the IVRs IP as proxy and domain
-route the needed calls via co call rerouting to the co group

Wonderful i really let me try it, please send me any other info that may be necessary should you have.

How can the agents sitting on SAP BCM be given access to use the lines on the IPECS. The IVR is routing calls to agents sitting on the SAP BCM server

Communication Made Pure and Simple

This should still be possible with co call rerouting.

Example:
Calls from the public provider beginning with 9 should be routed to the IVR system.
Calls from the IVR beginning with 0 should be routed to the public provider.

co group 1 is you public provider
co group 2 is your group to the ivr

co call rerouting table:
Compare co group/compare digits/co+rerouting number
1/9/8029
2/0/801

I managed to route the calls to the ivr i am not so sure why i cant use my old tektips profile i was kicked out
Now calls are going to the SAP BCM IVR but they are getting dropped when the afrnt picks up reason "normal clearing"

If you use s pstn and cut the call it will stay in the ivr forever you will havevto reset the lgcm or voim module in the ucp

Sorry, I have no idea what cause your call drop.

Is this all i need to program for me to route calls to the IVR

In LIK this was working for me.
As I don´t touch ELG systems any longer, I have not tested it with UCP, eMG.
