hello,

i have 2*P615 connected to an FastT900
the 2 host look the sames logical drive application data (not rootvg).
but my first host have crash (scsi controler have broken) and cannot start,
and i can't activate data VG to the second host (device busy) without reboot FastT900.

have you a suggest ?
do you know a command to unlock the drive/VG ?

it's not possible.
the drive is locked by the FastT900. i can't get the PVID of the hdisk and can't do an importvg.

I think that a command should be found to be sent to controlling of FastT to release the logical drive

I assumed your other server already had the volume group information. Without it I agree that you are probably stuck :-(

OK,
the second server know the VG.
but when we did not manage to make a varyonvg, we have to try to destroy the VG and to remake a importvg.
Hot-line says that it is necessary to place from the special orders not documented to resolve the accesses. this command is not standard AIX5L, but it is possible since HACMP
