What hardware manufacturer are you interested in? I have attended the Sun SAN training and it was close to useless, since it focused on "their" storage and devices throughout most of the course (and no, it wasn't the rebranded Hitachi frame they were using). On a good note though, Brocade has a hard cover publication "Building SAN's with Brocade" I believe it is called that is an outstanding resource and a must have in my opinion.
