SAN Backup

Hi,
I have a SAN with a few database servers. I am wondering how I should make backups over SAN using NBU 5.1 Server? I attach the Tape library to the SAN switch using the Fiber Channel interface on the library. How is NBU going to be able to use such a tape library as backup destination? What should I do?

Do you have BCV or Volume snapshot option in your SAN environment?. Do you use any media servers with SSO option? Do you have any Disk Staging or Disk Storage unit on SAN?. You can make use of your SAN with all the above questions answered.
