Samsung OS 100 incoming calls not ringing on any phones

MMC 406 sets all lines to ring group 500, group 500 has all extensions (8) as members. extensions have line buttons. Buttons do not light up nor do the phones ring. everything else is working fine. even tried sending incoming calls to 519 for AA to pick up. no go. also tried sending incoming to one extension. still no ring.

any ideas? carrier issue?

What kind of lines? Generally PSTN will use MMC 406 table. ISDN/SIP will use MMC714.

Also if you dial 500 internally do all extensions ring?
